We are the controller of the personal information collected through this website.

What we collect
• Contact and booking forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of booking you choose and your message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded by our hosting provider for security and performance.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
How we use your information
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To arrange live demonstrations, training sessions, treatments and presentations you request.
• To send information you have asked for about the Quantum Care Series, courses and instruments.
• To keep this website secure and working properly.
We never sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run this website and email, such as our hosting provider. If you ask to order or receive an instrument, we share only the details CopenLabs needs to fulfil it. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are used.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, invoices are kept for 6 years).
Your rights
