1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of quantum-care.co.uk and to orders for instruments, including the Quantum Care Series, software, training and related services made through this website. The website is operated by Quantum Vita Ltd (company number 17414255, registered office 17 Anvil Crescent, Broadstone, England, BH18 9DX), exclusive representative of CopenLabs. Orders are forwarded to CopenLabs for production and fulfilment. CopenLabs is the producer of all instruments offered on this website, including the Quantum Care Series, and is responsible for their production, delivery, warranty and maintenance.
2. Complementary use
The Quantum Care Series is a complementary system. The instruments and software are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read our Disclaimer.
3. Orders
You can order by contacting us or after a live presentation. Before you pay, we confirm in writing the instrument, software, price, delivery and payment details. Your contract with us starts when we confirm your order and receive your payment.
Custom-built instruments and the Q-Care Industrial Line are quoted individually.
4. Prices and payment
• Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs charges in your country.
• Payment is due before dispatch. Payment details are sent with your order confirmation.
• Offers are valid only for the period and number of orders stated.
5. Delivery
CopenLabs ships worldwide. Delivery times depend on production and destination and are confirmed with your order. Where shipping is included, this is stated on the product page. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Warranty and software care
Each instrument comes with a three-year production warranty from CopenLabs covering manufacturing faults under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications. Software care for C24 and C11 is included as described on the product page. Maintenance and warranty service are provided by CopenLabs. To report a fault, email info@copenlabs.com.
7. Training and courses
Personal training with Ina and the Certificate of Competence are included with every Quantum Care Series order. The pre-recorded course in Radionics & Vibrational Medicine includes lifetime access and a Certificate of Completion from Quantum Vita Academy. Course access is personal and may not be shared.
8. Cancellations and returns
Every Quantum Care instrument is specialist equipment, built individually by CopenLabs after your order and configured for you. It is not mass-produced stock. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, and instruments cannot be returned or refunded, except where they are faulty. The pre-recorded course and other digital content cannot be refunded once you have started to access them. If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Your statutory rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
9. Bookings
For live presentations, training sessions and energetic treatments, please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
10. Intellectual property
Website content, software, radionic formulas and course materials are protected by copyright and licensed for your own use only. They may not be copied, shared or resold without written permission.
11. Our liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for any loss arising from the use of the instruments in place of professional medical, veterinary or agronomic advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Privacy
How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep any rights you have under the law of your country.
